This policy explains what personal data VCreate 4 U collects, why, and your choices. It is written to comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors from the EU/UK, the GDPR.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you buy.
- Account details: email and password (stored encrypted) if you create an account — accounts are created automatically for digital download purchases.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact or commission forms.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Technical data: IP address and approximate country (used to show prices in INR or USD), browser type and cookies.
How we use it
- To process payments, deliver your paintings and downloads, and provide customer support.
- To show prices in the right currency for your country.
- To send order emails and, only if you subscribed, our newsletter (unsubscribe any time).
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
- Cashfree Payments — to process your payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone to deliver physical orders.
- Service providers — our website host and email delivery provider.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for your cart, checkout and login, and a cookie that remembers your currency (vc4u_currency) and detected country (vc4u_country) for 30 days.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required by tax law (typically 8 years in India). You can ask us to delete your account and any data we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing md@localhost. We respond within 30 days.
