1. Returns
At VCREATE 4 U, we take utmost care in packing and shipping our paintings so that they reach you safely.
As our artworks are carefully selected and packaged for individual orders, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or because the artwork does not suit the customer’s intended space.
2. Reporting Damage
In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images & videos. We will assist in resolving the issue.
3. Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank / payment service provider.
