Original paintings
- Damaged on arrival: tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos (and an unboxing video if you have one). We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or give a full refund.
- Change of mind: you may return an undamaged painting within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first; return shipping is paid by the customer and the artwork must come back in its original packaging. We refund the price of the artwork once it arrives in the same condition.
- Custom commissions are made to order and are not returnable, except if damaged in transit.
Digital downloads
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital downloads are non-refundable. If a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments, in the currency you paid (INR or USD), within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for an original painting for a full refund any time before it is dispatched.
