Which currencies can I pay in?
Visitors in India see prices and pay in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). Visitors outside India see prices and pay in US Dollars ($ USD). You can switch currency any time from the currency menu at the top of every page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments: UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards, netbanking and popular wallets in India, and international Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards for USD orders.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. We never see or store your card details — payment is completed on Cashfree’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout, and our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Original paintings can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched — just contact us quickly. Digital downloads cannot be cancelled once the file has been delivered.
Digital downloads
How do I receive my digital download?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you a download link. The file is also saved in My Account → My Downloads, where you can download it again at any time.
Why does the preview image look low quality?
The images on the website are deliberately low-resolution and watermarked to protect the artwork. The file you buy is the clean, full-resolution version without any watermark.
What size can I print my download?
Our files are prepared for high-quality printing and look crisp up to A2 (16.5 × 23.4 in). They also suit A4, A3, 8 × 10 in and 12 × 16 in frames. Most print shops and online print services can print them on paper or canvas.
I did not get the download email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also sign in and open My Downloads. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Can I use a digital download commercially?
Downloads come with a personal-use licence — print and display them at home or at work, or give a print as a gift. Reselling, sharing the file or commercial use is not allowed. See the digital download licence. For commercial licences, please contact us.
Original paintings & shipping
Are your paintings really original?
Yes. Every item in Original Paintings is a unique, hand-painted artwork, signed by the artist and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Once sold, it is gone.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free and insured within India. International orders ship with a tracked, insured courier; the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Paintings are dispatched in 3–5 business days. Delivery takes 4–8 business days within India and 7–14 business days internationally.
Will I pay customs duty on international orders?
Import duties and taxes depend on your country and are charged by your customs authority on delivery. They are not included in our prices.
Do paintings come framed?
Canvases arrive stretched and ready to hang unless stated otherwise. Works on paper arrive flat and are best framed behind glass. Framing details are listed on each product page.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
Every shipment is insured. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the artwork, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our returns policy.
