These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase from VCREATE 4 U PRIVATE LIMITED (“VCreate 4 U”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell (a) original, hand-painted artworks that are shipped to you, and (b) digital artwork files delivered by download. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are approximate.
2. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for visitors in India and in US Dollars (USD) for visitors elsewhere; you can switch currency using the site’s currency selector. You pay in the currency shown at checkout. USD prices are set by us and may be updated. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International shipping charges are shown at checkout; import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we do not store card details. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
4. Delivery
Physical delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Digital files are delivered by email link and in your account after payment.

6. Intellectual property
All original artworks, images and text on this site are owned by VCreate 4 U and protected by copyright. Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical object, not the copyright. Digital downloads are licensed, not sold — see the Digital Download Licence. Public-domain masterpieces are offered as prepared digital reproductions.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We create an account automatically when you buy a digital download so your files are always available to you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where VCreate 4 U is registered.
