Products & Artwork
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, dimensions and details accurately on the Website.

As artworks may be handmade or artist-created, minor variations in texture, brushwork, finish or appearance may occur and shall not necessarily be considered defects.
Product dimensions, materials, framing details and other specifications will be as stated on the relevant product page.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability; and
- Cancel an order where a product is unavailable or an error has occurred.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method, where applicable.
Orders & Payment
All orders placed through the VCREATE 4 U Website are prepaid orders.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
An order will be considered confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of payment.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information while placing an order.
Once an order has been successfully placed, cancellation may not be possible if the artwork has already been prepared, packed or dispatched.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices displayed on the Website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
VCREATE 4 U reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Framing of Paintings
All physical paintings offered by VCREATE 4 U are professionally framed before dispatch. Framing is an integral part of our product presentation and is included in the listed price of the artwork, unless specifically stated otherwise.
We frame our paintings to provide additional protection during handling, transportation and display, and to help maintain the shape, structure and overall condition of the artwork
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy, available on the Website.
Customers are requested to review that policy before placing an order.
Digital Artwork & Downloads
Where digital artwork is offered for download:
- The purchase provides the customer with the right to download and use the digital artwork for the permitted personal or specified use stated on the product page.
- Digital artwork may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, reproduced commercially, uploaded to third-party marketplaces, or used to create products for commercial sale without written permission from VCREATE 4 U.
- Download links or access may be subject to reasonable security and usage restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork to the customer.
