All original artworks, photographs, digital files, text, logos and designs on this website are the property of VCREATE 4 U PRIVATE LIMITED or the artists we work with, and are protected by Indian and international copyright law.
What you may not do
- Copy, download, reproduce or republish our artwork images (including preview images) without written permission.
- Use our artworks or images for commercial purposes, printing for resale, merchandise, NFTs or advertising.
- Remove watermarks or claim our artwork as your own.
Buying an original painting
When you buy an original painting you own the physical artwork. Copyright in the image stays with VCreate 4 U and the artist. You may photograph and display the artwork in your own home or office and share photographs on social media with credit, but you may not reproduce it for sale.
Buying a digital download
Digital downloads are licensed, not sold. Please read the Digital Download Licence for what is included.
Public-domain artworks
Some digital downloads are prepared reproductions of artworks that are in the public domain. The underlying paintings are free of copyright; what you buy is our prepared, print-ready file and the convenience of downloading it.
