Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped. Your download link is emailed immediately after payment and is always available under My Account → My Downloads.
Original paintings — India
- Cost: free, fully insured shipping to all serviceable PIN codes.
- Dispatch: within 3–5 business days of payment (commissions ship when completed).
- Delivery: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch via reputable courier partners.
Original paintings — international
- Cost: a flat, insured courier charge shown at checkout.
- Delivery: usually 7–14 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
- Duties & taxes: import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient on delivery.
Packaging
Paintings are wrapped in acid-free paper and bubble wrap with corner protectors, and packed in rigid boxes or, for large unframed canvases, rolled in heavy-duty tubes.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also see your order status in My Account → Orders.
Damaged or lost shipments
All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video if possible, take photos, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
