The story behind VCreate 4 U
At 26, Charvy Agarwal chose to build something of her own
With an MBA in HR, two years of corporate experience with Capgemini and an A2 diploma in French, she brought together her understanding of business, her creative interests and a global outlook to embark on an entrepreneurial journey.
Her ambition is to build VCREATE 4 U PRIVATE LIMITED from a young Indian startup into a well recognised women-led enterprise in Art and Creativity.
For Charvy, this is more than the beginning of a company. It is the beginning of a new chapter in a family story. Coming from a family with three generations in the service sector, she chose to take a different path — not away from her family’s values, but forward in her own direction.
A legacy of enterprise. A belief in her dream.
Her maternal grandfather, Shri L. D. Agarwal, has a legacy of achievement and enterprise of his own. A Topper and Gold Medallist in Law from Agra University in 1959, he went on to establish two private limited companies, which are today carried forward by his two sons. He guided her as she took her first steps into entrepreneurship, encouraged her to pursue her vision and assured her that whenever she needed his support, he would always be there for her.

Ms. Charvy Agarwal
Managing Director
Ms. Charvy Agarwal holds an MBA in Human Resources from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and is DELF A2-certified in French. With two years of corporate experience, she brings a strong foundation in management and professional practice to her entrepreneurial role.
As Managing Director, she oversees the company’s strategic planning, business development and overall management, with a focus on building VCREATE 4 U as a growing enterprise across Art, Creativity, Heritage and related creative products.
Mrs. Anjali Agarwal
Director
Mrs. Anjali Agarwal holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature, both from St. John’s College, Agra — combining a foundation in commerce and business with expertise in language, communication and the humanities.
As Director, she contributes to the company’s strategic direction, management and business development, while supporting its overall growth and long-term objectives. Her approach to leadership is guided by integrity, responsibility, thoughtful decision-making and a commitment to continuous learning.
Mr. L. D. Agarwal
Chief Advisor / Consultant
Mr. L. D. Agarwal brings more than six decades of professional and entrepreneurial experience to the organisation. A Topper and Gold Medallist in Law from Agra University in 1959, he has also established two private limited companies, now carried forward by his two sons.
In his advisory role, he provides strategic guidance, business perspective and experienced counsel, contributing to the company’s long-term direction — and serves as a trusted source of guidance to the Managing Director as she builds VCREATE 4 U.
Mrs. Archana Garg
Executive Art Director
Mrs. Archana Garg brings nearly four decades of experience in art and painting to the organisation. She holds an M.A. in Drawing & Painting and was a Final Year Topper in 1988.
As Executive Art Director, she contributes to the company’s artistic direction, creative development and execution of artworks, bringing together artistic expertise and craftsmanship. Her experience and creative perspective form an important part of VCREATE 4 U’s artistic identity.
